Before embarking on any journey, it is essential to assess your starting point. Our comprehensive mental fitness assessment “Saboteur Assessment” Questionnaire will provide valuable insights into your strengths, areas of improvement, and potential barriers . By understanding your unique profile, we can tailor our coaching and programs to your specific needs, maximizing your growth potential.

As soon as you join, you’ll be assigned to a dynamic peer-support group called a Pod. Imagine having a team of like-minded individuals cheering you on and guiding you towards success every step of the way!

Each Pod is carefully curated and limited to just five participants. This means you’ll receive personalized attention and a strong bond with your fellow Pod members, creating a tight-knit community of achievers.ht-knit community of achievers.

Once a week, your Pod members come together in a virtual meetup to dive into the latest training and discuss your progress. Your Pod meetings are conveniently scheduled for Weekends, or you can mutually agree on a better time that fits everyone’s schedule.

But the support doesn’t stop there! With our private Community Channel inside the app, you can connect with your Pod members anytime, sharing triumphs, challenges, and insider tips to keep each other motivated and accountable.

App available exclusively to program participants assigns a new 15 mins exercise for daily practice each day. This creates new brain connections one tiny muscle at a time, forming positive lasting mental habits. 

You may strengthen your Self-Command muscle throughout the day by using the Gym in the app, which offers you a variety of reps and lengths.

The app keeps track of your daily progress in relation to the minimal goals related to new brain (muscles) formation.

Week 1

The program begins with Coach Rajendra’s “Discovery Session,” diving into your unique challenges for personalized transformation. Prior to the journey, we conduct the “Saboteur Assessment” to understand your mental fitness, strengths, and potential barriers. This allows us to customize our coaching to maximize your growth potential.

Week 2

Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.

Week 3-4

You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs and damage of your Saboteurs, so they can no longer fool you into thinking they are helpful to you.

Week 5-7

You get to practice the Sage Perspective that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. And you get to generate the gift through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate.
